Welcome to a place to get BAA-rilliant Scrub Hats!
   
Be sure to allow up to 2 weeks for your hats to be made to order and shipped USPS Priority and you should get an email when the shipping label is printed if you order from the U.S.  I usually get them done in about a week or less but it all depends on the number of orders I have at the time.  If you have any questions or need them shipped for a special occasion, be sure to email me.
 
 Special orders, large orders or custom orders may take longer.

My site only accepts Paypal because it is a great, safe method of payment with a credit card. But, if you want to purchase and not use Paypal, mailing payment is wonderful. All you have to do is copy your order form and include it with your check or money order or just email me with the hats you want and I can send you an invoice that you can print and mail with your payment. 
 
If you need a custom cut according to the size of your cranium (sounds better than big head or small head!) or the amount of hair, feel free to contact me with your approximate hat size or head circumference …… hats4ewe@gmail.com
 
RETURN POLICY: You may return a product for an exchange or refund IF the item has not been worn or laundered and is still in the package, appropriately folded and has not been around pets, smokers or firewood burning.  Be sure to contact me within 1 week  after realizing the hat is not for you. Please make sure you ask questions before purchase so you are sure of your size or style.  Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Refund will be minus the initial shipping fee.  Thanks for understanding.

United States and Canada: flat rate of 5.50 per order

Please be sure that the address on your Paypal account is the address where you want the package shipped. I can not guarantee that I will remember to change an address when I am really in the “sewing” of things.  It is easy to change within your account.

CANADA CUSTOMERS!!! Please realize that once your order is complete and posted, I have been told  it can  take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you don’t purchase EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, there is no way to track or insure your package.  I  really wish I could make them hurry since I work so hard to get your orders out as fast as possible.  Large orders may require additional shipping charges and insurance for your protection. I will notify you by the email account on the payment if recommended.

USPS Priority  is available upon request.  Insurance can be purchased as well for a small USPS fee and is recommended on orders of several hats. It is cheap and it may come in handy.

If you pay by Paypal, there will be a tracking number on the email you get when the label is printed for shipping in the U.S.

Fed Ex shipping is available for an item you need STAT! I’ll be happy to work with you and get you a shipping quote at the most reasonable cost to you.

International (all except Canada): USPS Priority 15.00 up to 10 hats; over 10 items, will calculate by weight. Go ahead and submit your order and payment via Paypal. I will send a seperate invoice for the  additional shipping. Purchases can not be shipped without adequate International postage paid. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct. If e-mails are returned, I will have to wait until I hear from you. It may be a significant delay. Please help me with this so I can continue to offer International shipping.  When you purchase from the U.S., you are saying you understand that the package goes through customs and that once I ship the package, I can not be responsible for actual delivery. I will provide you with a customs number if requested. I have lost a significant amount of money by having to ship packages a second time because they were lost or never delivered.  I can not do that any longer. This is a rare but possible problem. Thank you for understanding and proceed with your purchase accordingly. I do appreciate my International customers.  I can ship to a U.S. address if you want to email me with the request. Same policy applies that once the package is shipped to your requested address, it is in the hands of the USPS.
