Hats4Ewe - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
1. INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL
1.1. Hats4Ewe intends to be fair, honest, and open with our customers and hopes that they will be the same with us. Unintentional mistakes may be made but give us the opportunity to correct them when this happens.
1.2. Hats4Ewe tries to accurately depict the products but due to different computer monitors and systems, they do not always look as we intended. If you find any discrepancies, please let us know.
1.3. Hats4Ewe Store does not accept liability for any links into our out of our store.
1.4. Hats4Ewe reserves the right to correct errors and omissions in any price or other information without any liability. An order is accepted when we take payment from an acceptable credit or debit card. If we make a change which affects an order which has been placed and not yet accepted and despatched, we will inform the customer who may then choose to cancel the order without penalty. No change will apply to any order after it has been accepted and payment taken so that a contract has been created.
1.5. These terms and conditions, and any order form or payment instructions are intended to comprise the whole agreement between Hats4Ewe and their customers. Please read the terms and conditions before finalizing an order. Please let us know of any special instructions.
1.6. Terms and conditions are accepted by the customer when using or placing online orders with Hats4Ewe.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
2.1. All orders are subject to product availability.
2.2. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Acceptance may be withheld at our absolute discretion.
An order is only accepted when we take payment from an acceptable credit or debit card through PayPal.
3. DELIVERY
3.1. Known delivery delays will be advised but please leave up to 30 days for delivery. In stock items will generally be dispatched the same day for next day or 48 hour delivery depending on product type and carrier used. Some out of stock products or large orders may take longer. Any delivery date notified will be an estimate only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by matters outside our control.
3.2. Do not accept delivery if the packaging appears damaged unless you have the opportunity to inspect the goods first and accept that they are undamaged. If your package is damaged, please notify the carrier and Hats4Ewe immediately
3.3. The standard delivery cost is based on the actual cost of various carriers used. Please note that there are some countries that we do not ship to.
3.4. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which they are delivered.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. Payment is to made through PayPal.
4.2. Our website prices will be displayed in US Dollars.
4.4. PayPal is the standard form of payment for on-line orders from Hats4Ewe. Any other form of payment may be subject to special terms.
5. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
5.1. If a product is delivered which is faulty or not as specified on your order it may be returned for a full refund of the price of the product excluding shipping. Please see the section about returning goods, which follows.
6. RETURNING UNWANTED, OR WRONG SIZE, OR FAULTY GOODS
6.1. Before returning any product for whatever reason, Hats4Ewe must first be notified and the method of return agreed. When returning goods please enclose your contact details including a day time phone number, credit card details a note of why the goods are being returned and your receipt.
